Delivery Info (B2B)
We ship interlining products across India using trusted third‑party transport partners. Below is a quick reference for lead times, transit, charges, tracking and claims.
Shipping origin
Lead times
Typical dispatch time is based on order size and stock status. Small/stock orders are usually dispatched within 3–7 business days. Large or custom orders may take longer — lead time will be confirmed in the proforma/invoice.
Transit time
Transit depends on destination and carrier. Major metro deliveries generally take 2–5 business days from dispatch; remote areas may take longer. Exact transit estimates will be provided at order confirmation.
Shipping charges & taxes
Unless otherwise agreed, shipping charges, insurance and applicable taxes (GST) are borne by the buyer. We can arrange freight on a door-delivery or ex-works basis as agreed in the sales terms.
Order tracking
We provide shipment details and tracking numbers once goods are dispatched. Customers may contact their sales rep for updates.
Partial deliveries
We may ship in parts if agreed; each consignment will carry packing lists and batch details.
Receipt inspection
Buyers should inspect shipments on delivery and report any shipping damage or shortage within 48 hours. Manufacturing defects or quality claims should be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt with photos and batch details.
Insurance & claims
We recommend buyers insure shipments for high-value consignments. For claim assistance, we will cooperate with the carrier and buyer to resolve shipping damage or loss.
Custom orders & MOQ
Custom sizes, finishes or private-label requirements may have minimum order quantities and different lead times; these will be confirmed in writing.
